The Wingspan is the official magazine of the Utah Wing of Civil Air Patrol. You are invited as members to contribute to the stories and pictures, but CAP has specific guidelines you must follow. All WINGSPAN rights belong to the Utah Wing of Civil Air Patrol, so copies cannot be sold or altered in any way.
